BookScan has reported that TOKYOPOP manga titles comprise 35 out of the top 50 selling graphic novels. The TOKYOPOP dominated top 10 titles included Chobits V3, Love Hina V6, Marmalade Boy V4, Wish V2, Real Bout High School V4, Wish V1, Mars V6, Love Hina V5, Love Hina V1 and Chobits V2. Data was collected from the nation's major retailers, which accounts for nearly 90% of the graphic novel business.

To further solidify their position, TOKYOPOP has also acquired five new titles from CLAMP! Joining already popular CLAMP titles such as Chobits and Cardcaptor Sakura that are published by TOKYOPOP, these five new titles are:

CLAMP School Detectives The Man of Many Faces Duklyon: CLAMP School Defenders Miyuki-chan in Wonderland Shirahime-syo: Snow Goddess Tales

Three of the five titles take place in the fictional "CLAMP School Universe".
