ADV's Gonzo Animini Parade of Squares and Delays
ADV Films has announced that they will be releasing their new "Animini" line. Obviously inspired by Central Park's Anime Test Drive line, each Animini is pressed on 3-inch "mini-DVDs", this line will feature various popular ADV series. Each disc will hold one episode and retail for $6.98 US. Inside each disc is a coupon for $10.00 off of a full-sized disc of the corresponding series. Currently, the following series' "Animinis" are slated debut on June 15, 2004:

ADV has announced that they have entered into an agreement to distribute the Anime Network as a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week linear network. The agreement between ADV and Insight represents the Anime Network's first 24/7 agreement with a major cable operator. Insight plans to roll the channel out over digital cable in the coming months.
Bandai has announced that their limited edition release of Wolf's Rain will be delayed from June 22, 2004 to July 6, 2004. The standard edition of Wolf's Rain is still expected to on June 22. On a related note, Bandai has also delayed its release of Stratos 4 volume 1 to July 27, 2004.
Square-Enix has announced that it plans to show its title based on Fullmetal Alchemist at E3 this year. The RPG giant expects to release the title in America in Spring of 2005.
According to the Nihon Keizai Newspaper (Japan), Fuji TV plans to purchase roughly 10% of Gonzo's stock for 350 million yen. Fuji TV plans to codevelop films for international release with Gonzo. Gonzo is the production studio famous for such series as Chrno Crusade, Last Exile, Saikano, and Vandread.
